Accessibility
HIMMA WORLD is built for People of Determination, so the app and website must work for them first.
Arabic and English
Every page is available in Arabic (right-to-left) and English (left-to-right).
Keyboard and screen readers
Pages can be used with a keyboard and are structured for screen readers, with a skip link and clear headings.
Readable design
Text uses high-contrast colours, can be enlarged, and controls have large touch targets and visible focus.
Reduced motion
Animation is turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Accessibility information for services
Physical access, facility features, service format and communication accommodations are part of comparing providers.
Testing
This is an early build. Testing with screen readers, zoom and real users with different accessibility needs is planned before launch, along with an independent accessibility audit.
